○ AP-Access Point. Also know as Hot Spot

○ BSSID - Basic Service Set Identifier. It is the AP's MAC address
○ DS-Distribution System-The wired part of the network that the AP can accessed ○ WLC-Wireless LAN controller
○ ESS-Extended Service Set. Two or more APs
○ Roaming-when a device leaves one cell to another
